Dr. Sadati’s life journey began far from the luxury coastal communities of Southern California. As a young man after finishing high school, he was drafted into mandatory military service and spent time working as a medic on the front lines, caring for wounded soldiers in the midst of conflict. Those difficult experiences profoundly changed the course of his life.

Humanitarian

Witnessing suffering firsthand awakened within him a powerful sense of compassion and purpose. He realized that his future would not be defined merely by professional success, but by his ability to help people heal physically, emotionally, and psychologically. After completing his military service, Dr. Sadati left his family in Iran in pursuit of education and opportunity, eventually immigrating to the United States with limited resources but extraordinary determination.

Innovator

Like many immigrants pursuing the American dream, his path was far from easy. He worked tirelessly while learning English, attending school learning English language during the day and working nights to support himself. Through persistence and academic excellence, he earned acceptance to the University of California, Berkeley on scholarship, where he pursued dual degrees in Molecular Cell Biology and Near Eastern Art.

Dr. Sadati is widely recognized not just for his surgical skill, but for his artistic eye. During his medical training—which included a medical degree from Midwestern University and residencies in General Surgery, ENT, and Facial Plastic Surgery in Philadelphia—he discovered a profound passion for sculpture and painting.

He realized he did not have to choose between art and medicine. To Dr. Sadati, the face is not a template but a living sculpture that requires balance, proportion, and respect for individual beauty. Education, Surgical Training, and Academic Excellence

After graduating from UC Berkeley, Dr. Sadati pursued medical education at Midwestern University in Chicago. He then completed rigorous surgical training in General Surgery, Otolaryngology, and Head & Neck Surgery at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and Sloan Kettering cancer center in New York. He later completed specialized fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, followed by additional facial cosmetic surgery training in Seattle.

This extensive training gave him a uniquely comprehensive understanding of facial anatomy, reconstructive principles, and aesthetic surgery. Over the years, he refined his expertise through continual study, research, mentorship, and surgical innovation.

Dr. Sadati’s academic mindset has remained central throughout his career. Never satisfied with simply repeating established methods, Dr. Sadati continued advancing his techniques over time.
