Lee came to see me after researching, on and off, for five to seven years. She finally said to herself, “Now’s the time to do it. I just want to feel better about all this.”
To achieve her goals, I performed a preservation deep plane face and neck lift, temporal brow lift, and fat grafting to address skin laxity and brow descent harmoniously. The goal was simple: restore structure, preserve identity, and create a result that looks natural in every light and every expression.
